The Mission of Freezing Fun For Families is to alleviate stress and financial hardship for Vermont families battling childhood cancer.

Our Vision

Our vision is a Vermont where families battling childhood cancer can focus more on the best treatments and support their children’s needs, and less on the financial resources necessary to do so.

Our Programs

Freezing Fun For Families now offers three programs to help families fighting childhood cancer. The Konner Drury Fund is a $250 stipend that is awarded to families who are in need of a quick influx of cash when their family first receives their cancer diagnosis. Our oldest and largest program, our Snow Softball Beneficiary Program, provides two families with a $10,000 award to help ease their financial burdens. Our newest program, our Board of Directors Award, provides $2,500 in support to one family each year.

SNOW SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT

Our Winter Co-Ed softball tournament is our oldest and largest fundraiser. What started out, in 1999, as a fun way to raise money for the Central Vermont Co-Ed softball league, has now turned into one of the largest, non-professional sports gatherings in New England.
